The Flexa XPRO DS170 is a user-friendly, oil-heated calender heat press engineered for vibrant dye-sublimation transfer and direct ink fixation on polyester-based fabrics. With a 67" working width, Teflon-coated drum, and three operating modes, it ensures consistent temperature distribution and brilliant color output across signage, fashion, and promotional textiles.

Its compact footprint, solid steel construction, and intuitive design make it ideal for small to mid-sized production environments. The DS170 supports roll-to-roll, single-piece, and ink reactivation workflows, and includes six shafts for efficient media handling.
